“Your fastest way home is at my dinner table”.
This started with a vision of what a table could be. Living the life of a hyphen, Haitian-American, Chef Jess found that her identify and culinary profile was one that couldn’t be summed up with just one country. “Growing up South Florida, it wasn’t uncommon to have Cafe Bustelo Coffee and Tostada for breakfast in the morning, Jamaican Curry Chicken for lunch and go home to pot of Legume and Mayi Moulen, it was a regular Tuesday. Because of this experience, I crafted a menu that truly reflected South Florida influence. No rules in mixing flavors and endless possibilities. At my table, I guarantee you a journey with food”.

The story behind Casa Villa Eden

Villa Eden is an intimate culinary gathering that celebrates contemporary West Indian fare.
Culinary Curator Jessica Hylton has spent years building food experiences rooted in place, community, and intention — from corporate catering operations across the East Coast to pop-up dinners in Little Haiti and Homestead. Eden & Alabaster, her flagship brand, was built on a simple philosophy: clean ingredients, small batches, real flavor, back to Eden, eating directly from the source..
Set on a working farm estate in Homestead, Fl. Villa Eden is a ticketed dining experience where West Indian heritage meets modern culinary craft. Sweetsop and soursop trees. Avocado orchards. Passionfruit vines. A kitchen that knows where everything came from.
Every seating is curated. Every dish is narrated. Every guest is welcomed as they would back home.
